At Horyaal Academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational content and a positive learning experience.

1. Refund Eligibility

Students may request a refund within 7 days of course purchase if:

  • The course has not been substantially completed.
  • Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
  • The request is submitted within the refund period.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be granted if:

  • More than 20% of the course has been completed.
  • A certificate has already been issued.
  • The refund request is made after the refund period.
  • The course was purchased during a special promotion clearly marked as non-refundable.

3. Technical Issues

If a student experiences technical issues preventing access to course content, Horyaal Academy will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue before considering a refund.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team.
  2. Provide your full name and course details.
  3. Explain the reason for your request.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

5. Processing Time

Refund processing may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.

6. Course Cancellation by Horyaal Academy

If Horyaal Academy cancels a paid course and no suitable alternative is offered, eligible students may receive a full refund.
