Instructor Terms

These Instructor Terms govern the relationship between Horyaal Academy and instructors who publish courses on the platform.

1. Instructor Eligibility

Instructors must:

• Possess relevant knowledge, skills, or professional experience.
• Provide accurate personal and professional information.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Course Ownership

Instructors retain ownership of their original content.

By publishing content on Horyaal Academy, instructors grant Horyaal Academy a non-exclusive license to host, market, display, and distribute the course through the platform.

3. Content Standards

Instructors agree that course content will:

• Be accurate and educational.
• Respect intellectual property rights.
• Not contain unlawful, discriminatory, misleading, or offensive material.
• Meet quality standards established by Horyaal Academy.

4. Intellectual Property Responsibility

Instructors are solely responsible for ensuring that all materials used in their courses are properly licensed or owned by them.

5. Course Review and Approval

Horyaal Academy reserves the right to review, reject, request modifications to, or remove any course that does not meet platform standards.

6. Student Interaction

Instructors are expected to:

• Maintain professional conduct.
• Respond respectfully to students.
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.

7. Revenue and Payments

Instructor compensation, commission rates, and payment schedules will be determined according to separate agreements or platform policies.

8. Platform Rights

Horyaal Academy may promote courses through advertisements, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.

9. Termination

Horyaal Academy may suspend or terminate instructor accounts for violations of these terms or other platform policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

Horyaal Academy is not responsible for an instructor’s business losses, tax obligations, or legal liabilities arising from course creation or sales.

11. Modifications

These Instructor Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
